Strategic Plan
The Perth College Strategic Plan 2026–2028 builds on more than 120 years of inspiring young women to learn, lead and thrive. It honours our rich history while providing a clear direction for the future, ensuring Perth College continues to grow with purpose, confidence and care.
As we look towards 2028, we do so with a deep respect for who we are and optimism for what lies ahead. Grounded in our Anglican heritage, strong leadership and enduring values, this strategy reflects our commitment to providing an exceptional education and a community where every girl is known, supported and encouraged to reach her full potential.
Leadership Team
Perth College is led by a Principal, Vice Principal, Director of Junior School, Director of Wellbeing, Director of Learning and Teaching (7-12), Director of School Operations (PK-12), and Director of Finance.
Our Leadership Team provides vital support in daily operations and strategic direction for staff and student wellbeing, and learning and teaching.
Our History and Faith
With over 120 years of experience and knowledge, Perth College continues to chart the founding Sisters’ course. We are a proud Anglican school that is committed to educational excellence and fostering academic strength and empowerment. Our community is grounded in faith and celebrates our rich history, while balancing an approach to education that fosters collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
