Camps and Tours

Learning extends beyond the classroom

Camps and tours offer invaluable benefits for students, providing a platform for diverse, experiential learning. They allow for students to build skills such as teamwork, leadership, collaboration, communication, and resilience in unfamiliar environments. These experiences allow students to cultivate a deeper appreciation and understanding of different cultures, environments and historical contexts.

Trips and Tours

To enhance classroom learning, students have the opportunity to experience firsthand principles and concepts they have studied in class in beyond.

Senior School students have the opportunity to travel internationally, to complement their language learning, with our French and Chinese Study Tours. There are also many other opportunities for international travel with students studying the arts, humanities and more.

There are also plenty of opportunities for students to engage in travel within Western Australia as well as nationally for students from Year 6 through to Senior School.

We are incredibly proud of our service learning and Cultural Immersion Tour, PC Out Yonder. This is an annual tour designed to make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged children in regional WA. Participating students immerse themselves in a comprehensive program, culminating in travelling regionally and tutor, mentor and empower young learners.

Camps

Undertaking a variety of physical and mentally stimulating activities in new situations is a fantastic way for students to build skills and resilience. Camps are a great way for our students to diversify their talents, preparing them for the future.

At Perth College, we aim for our students to grow holistically, by complementing their academic studies with a variety of physical, nature and wellbeing pursuits available at camps, your daughter will thrive, build lasting friendships and discover new abilities.
