Enrolment Journey

At Perth College we nurture and support our students to become independent, confident young women who are ready to take on the world.

We accept enrolments for boys and girls in our Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten classes and girls only from Pre-Primary to Year 12. Our onsite Boarding House provides a warm and welcoming environment for students from regional areas and overseas.

Our key intake years are:

  • Pre-Kindergarten / Kindergarten – girls and boys
  • Pre-Primary
  • Year 4
  • Year 5
  • Year 7

Enrolments in other year levels will be considered individually and based on availability.

We are currently accepting enrolments for students from 2025 onwards. If you would like your daughter to commence at Perth College next year, please contact our Enrolments team.

Your Enrolment Journey

Applying for a place at Perth College takes a few simple steps.

We have regular Campus Tours and Open Mornings to enable you and your daughter to visit our beautiful campus, and discover all Perth College has to offer.

Open Mornings

At our Open Mornings, you and your daughter will be taken on a guided tour of our School by a member of our Leadership team. You will experience a typical school morning and learn about our approach to learning and teaching, wellbeing and innovation. The tour is followed by a morning tea giving you the opportunity to chat to our teaching staff.

Our Early Years Open Morning is held in our Founders Early Learning Centre. It is a wonderful way to explore our Early Years classrooms and meet members of our Junior School Leadership Team. Children are welcome to attend, there are small activities and toys for the children to enjoy and morning tea.

Campus Tours

Our Campus Tours give you and your daughter the opportunity to learn more about Perth College and the opportunities she will have as a student. Our friendly staff members will be available to answer any of your questions.

Boarding House Tours

For regional families, we can organise a private tour of the Boarding House. You will be hosted by our Head of Boarding or Assistant Head of Boarding who will guide you through the Boarding House and explain the daily routines, activities, and the life of Perth College Boarders.

We encourage you to submit applications for enrolment early, to ensure a place is available in your daughter’s chosen intake year.

To apply to attend Perth College, parents will need to complete the online application and pay the $150 non-refundable application fee. All applications are placed on our waitlist in date order of receipt.

When completing the online application, you will need to supply a copy of the following documents:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Citizenship, Residency or Visa documents
  • School reports (past two years, if applicable)
  • Naplan results (if applicable)
  • Any psychological, psychometric, speech, occupational or other relevant report relating to your child.

Once you have submitted your application, you can register your daughter for, PC Student for a Day, so she can have firsthand experience of being a student at Perth College.

The Enrolments Team is currently offering places two years in advance for Pre-Kindergarten and three years in advance of commencement in our key intake years of Year 4, 5 and 7. Prior to sending you a Letter of Offer, they will request additional information about your daughter, such as updated reports.

When a place becomes available in your chosen entry year you will be sent a Letter of Offer. Once you accept the place, you will be asked to pay a Future Development Fund fee (25% of the Year 7 annual tuition fee) and complete the Conditions of Enrolment document.

Once you have accepted a place at Perth College, you will be required to attend an interview with our Principal or Director of Junior School to finalise the enrolment.

At the interview they will get to know you and your daughter and understand her educational needs and goals and will provide you both with the opportunity to ask questions.

The decision to finalise your daughter’s enrolment at Perth College is at the discretion of the Principal or Director of Junior School.

Following your interview, you will receive a letter accepting your daughter’s place at Perth College. Your daughter will be invited to an Orientation Day to meet fellow students and teachers.

As parents you will be welcomed to our School Community and be included in key community events.
