Perth College is seeking a highly motivated Communications Co-ordinator to join our Marketing and Community Engagement team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our School.

The Role

The Communications Co-ordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality communications across digital, print, and public platforms. This involves creating, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies and content that resonate with prospective and current families and the wider School community. 

The position has the flexibility to be full time or part time. Please indicate your preferred working hours on your application.

About You

You have strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and bring both technical and creative expertise. You thrive in a busy, collaborative, and fun environment.

You will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills across multiple channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, multi-task, and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with digital platforms, websites, and social media.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and handle confidential information.
  • Experience in leading publications or large communications projects.
  • Willingness to uphold the ethos and values of the School.
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check.
